Search to begin for new men’s basketball assistant coach

LAWTON, Okla. (April 2) – Cameron University athletic department officials announced today that men’s basketball assistant coach David Prince will not return to the Aggie program next season. A search for Prince’s replacement will begin immediately.

“We are very appreciative of David’s hard work and dedication during his time with the Cameron men’s basketball program,” Cameron head coach Garrette Mantle said. “We wish him the best of luck in the future.”

Prince joined the Aggie staff in 1999 with Mantle. He had served the previous two seasons as the assistant coach for the Lawton Eisenhower High School girls’ basketball team and joined the Aggie program with nearly 20 years coaching experience at both the high school and college levels.
